Why do you do what you do?

We love making quality wine and we believe organics and biodynamics associated with good viticulture allows us to make quality wine.

 

Why do you choose to do it the way you do?

What other way is there?

 

What obstacles have you overcome?

None really, we believe organics is a more successful way to grow grapes; i.e healthier vines mean less disease, so it has been an enjoyable learning process.

 

What disasters have you survived?

We have not been aware of any disasters. Maybe the recession has been a bit of a glitch but based on the loyalty of our customers, the growth in interest in organics and the quality of the product our sales have increased every year by 30%.

 

Are you happy with your work?

We love every day.

 

Is it worth the effort?

Totally
